A French Family Vision
Azur is a true family-driven project, brought to life by Erik and Florence Chol, who have been part of the hospitality and entertainment scene for decades.
Florence & Erik brought back to life a 117-year-old historic Theatre on Broadway: The Globe Theatre that became one of the most successful multi-event spaces in California, and welcomed projects from top celebrities such as Madonna, Jeff Bezos, Lady Gaga, Dua Lipa, Jennifer Lopez, Mike Tyson,... Just to name a few.
In July 2022, the Chols opened LouLou in Santa Monica, which is now considered one of the trendiest restaurants in LA.
